Yes! Sometimes we run additional offers during the month which can be applied to your subscription order. To benefit from these, payment must be taken during the time of the promotion date range.
Our delivery times range from 7am to 6pm. However, if you’re not going to be at home, you can always change your delivery day or adjust your delivery instructions.
Yep! There’s no limit on how many subscriptions you can have.
When you login to your account you can edit your subscription by clicking on the green view button under ‘Your Current Repeat Orders.’

Make sure you click save after any changes you make.
Not a problem, you can login to your account and pause on your subscription. Make sure you resume it again otherwise you won’t receive your food for next time!
For your first order you will need to checkout and pay as normal. However, payment for your repeat orders will be taken two days before your delivery. We’ll let you know two days before by email that we are set to take the money for your next order.
This can be done in your account. Just add your new details to your payment methods. Then head to your subscription and select your new payment from the drop down. Make sure you click save when you are finished!
Of course, simply find the product you’d like to include in your subscription order and click on the “Add to Subscription” bar. Once you’re happy with the quantity, click add item.
View your subscription in your account and click “use new address”. Add your new delivery address and click the save button.
